I turn complex operations into clear product experiences.
I'm a Senior Product Designer with 12+ years of experience across healthcare, insurance, IoT, gaming, enterprise software, and consumer products. I lead end-to-end design work — from discovery and systems thinking through prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
My strongest work sits at the intersection of user needs, business rules, and technical constraints. I've designed for patients, employees, nurses, insurance analysts, auditors, customer-support teams, brokers, and connected-home customers — often within the same ecosystem.
My path here wasn't linear. I started in IT support and front-end development before moving into UX — time at TOTVS, Viceri Seidor, and a Computer Science degree that still shows up in how I think about data models and edge cases, not just screens. That technical grounding, combined with a later Executive MBA in Marketing and Innovation Strategies, is part of why I'm comfortable owning both the systems thinking and the business conversation around a product, not just its interface.
How I work
Frame
Clarify the business problem, users, constraints, risks, and decision owners.
Discover
Combine research, stakeholder knowledge, analytics when available, legacy-product analysis, and benchmarks.
Model
Map journeys, rules, states, roles, edge cases, and system dependencies before polishing UI.
Explore
Use wireframes, prototypes, and AI-assisted workflows to evaluate multiple directions quickly.
Align
Make decisions visible, explain UX rationale, and negotiate trade-offs with Product and Engineering.
Deliver
Create production-ready flows, responsive designs, components, specifications, and handoff documentation.
Learn
Use operational feedback, support patterns, experiments, and product outcomes to guide iteration.
AI-assisted design workflow
- Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, requirements organization, scenario coverage, documentation, and ideation
- Figma and Figma Make for interface exploration and prototype acceleration
- Miro for journey mapping and complex workflow modeling
- AI supports speed and breadth — product decisions stay grounded in user needs, business context, UX principles, and cross-functional validation
Professional Experience
Senior Product Designer — Welbe Care
Mexico City, Mexico (Remote)- Own end-to-end design across three connected healthcare products: a mobile app, web platform, and internal back-office system supporting telemedicine, health plans, and laboratory services.
- Designed and launched a quota-based purchase flow for medical exams and specialist consultations, covering approximately 45 screens and complex states in six working days across two sprints.
- Created reusable Design System components and improved visibility of benefits, payment status, and next steps, increasing user autonomy and reducing support demand related to purchases.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Engineering, and QA; use Figma, Miro, Jira, Coda, Claude, and ChatGPT for research synthesis, workflows, prototyping, documentation, and handoff.
Senior Product Designer — Vivo (Telefónica)
São Paulo, Brazil- Designed an integrated Smart Home ecosystem spanning the customer application, IoT support workflows, and a new internal support platform for a specialized customer segment.
- Conducted discovery with IoT technicians and stakeholders, mapped service journeys, and produced 400+ screens and scenario states using Vivo's established Design System.
- Improved information visibility and support flows, contributing to fewer device returns, more efficient installations, and an approximately 20% increase in interest among customers who already owned Smart Home devices.
- Delivered concepts for dashboards, ticketing, remote access, and customer support in collaboration with innovation and engineering teams; solutions were launched to production.
