About Me

I turn complex operations into clear product experiences.

Download Résumé

I'm a Senior Product Designer with 12+ years of experience across healthcare, insurance, IoT, gaming, enterprise software, and consumer products. I lead end-to-end design work — from discovery and systems thinking through prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch iteration.

My strongest work sits at the intersection of user needs, business rules, and technical constraints. I've designed for patients, employees, nurses, insurance analysts, auditors, customer-support teams, brokers, and connected-home customers — often within the same ecosystem.

My path here wasn't linear. I started in IT support and front-end development before moving into UX — time at TOTVS, Viceri Seidor, and a Computer Science degree that still shows up in how I think about data models and edge cases, not just screens. That technical grounding, combined with a later Executive MBA in Marketing and Innovation Strategies, is part of why I'm comfortable owning both the systems thinking and the business conversation around a product, not just its interface.
